Embroidered Apparel Solutions

Embroidery involves adding a lasting design to clothing with needle and thread. It's ideal for high-value items like jackets, hats, and heavier apparel. This technique is highly durable, produces vibrant colors, and is made with premium threads.

EMBROIDERY TECHNIQUES

Our standard embroidery method utilizes a flat embroidery technique. While this is the simplest decoration method, there are numerous ways to enhance your embroidery.

Flat Embroidery

Flat embroidery involves applying a decorative stitch directly onto a garment, resulting in a flat design. This technique allows for intricate designs to be created without distorting the image, making it the most popular choice for embellishment.

3D Puff Embroidery

3D Puff is a technique where foam is inserted under the top stitch to raise the surface, giving a three-dimensional look to your embroidered designs. This 3D effect is most commonly used on caps.

Embroidered Patches

An embroidered patch is a piece of embroidery which is created by using a fabric backing and thread. They can be applied to garments using thread with an adhesive backing. Great for caps or sleeve patches.

Tackle Twill

Tackle Twill, or applique, involves sewing down a number or letter made by cutting pieces of one material and applying them to the surface of another material. This process is great for covering large areas with a logo or text where strictly embroidering it would be too heavy or make the garment uncomfortable to wear.

Metallic Thread

Add a Gold, Silver, or Bronze finish to your design using any of the embroidery techniques mentioned above.
