About FM Promotions

Founded in 1993 by Mario Filice, the company started as an embroidery decorator - hence the original name FM Embroidery. Shortly after we expanded our market by providing not only a service but the products to end users and so began the emergence of FM Promotions. We are proud to serve a variety of markets ranging from corporate, to minor league sports clubs to schools and government agencies. ​


We specialize in promotional products, corporate apparel and accessories, school uniforms & spirit wear, safety shirts & apparel, hard hats, sportswear ranging from jerseys to hockey bags and much more! Return Policy:

  • We stand behind our products - if your garment arrives damaged or with the incorrect logo we apologize and will work towards having a replacement made.

  • Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges due to an issue with sizing. All items are custom made and decorated for you and therefore all sales are final.

Processing & Delivery Timelines:

  • Order Processing: If you are ordering with a specific school/corporate program please check the details for that programs order window/delivery timeline as they all vary. 

​

  • ​Production Time: Production timelines for new custom decorated order will be 10 business days. 

​

  • Shipping Charges - Shipping fees are charged upon check out if applicable and vary based on order value or customer corporate program set-up agreement. 

​

  • Tracking: A tracking number is usually sent via email once the package has been packed or notification if the order is ready for pickup.

​

  • ​Carriers - We ship via major couriers such as UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, GLS, etc. 

​

  • PO BOX - We can not and do not ship to PO Box addresses

​

  • International Shipping and Duties - Customs and Taxes: For international orders, customers are typically responsible for any local customs duties or taxes assessed by their country.

  1. What are your office hours

    • Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. Saturday by appointment only. 

  2. Is an appointment necessary to stop by your office

    • No appointment necessary, feel free to stop by anytime. If your sales associate is serving another customer, will make you an espresso while you wait. 

  3. What is typical lead times for new orders. 

    • Standard Lead times for orders is typically 2 weeks from final order confirmation

  4. Help, I have a rush order what can be done. 

    • Reach out to our team ASAP and will provide you with options for items we can turn around as quickly as 48-72 hours. 

  5. Where do I pick up my order.
