Founded in 1993 by Mario Filice, the company started as an embroidery decorator - hence the original name FM Embroidery. Shortly after we expanded our market by providing not only a service but the products to end users and so began the emergence of FM Promotions. We are proud to serve a variety of markets ranging from corporate, to minor league sports clubs to schools and government agencies.

We stand behind our products - if your garment arrives damaged or with the incorrect logo we apologize and will work towards having a replacement made.

Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges due to an issue with sizing. All items are custom made and decorated for you and therefore all sales are final.

Order Processing: If you are ordering with a specific school/corporate program please check the details for that programs order window/delivery timeline as they all vary.

Production Time: Production timelines for new custom decorated order will be 10 business days.

Shipping Charges - Shipping fees are charged upon check out if applicable and vary based on order value or customer corporate program set-up agreement.

Tracking: A tracking number is usually sent via email once the package has been packed or notification if the order is ready for pickup.

Carriers - We ship via major couriers such as UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, GLS, etc.
